- • The Assistant Account Manager supports the Client Service team by completing specific tasks on an assigned book of business, ensuring data integrity in the service system of record while operating under the direction of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include issuing certificates and auto ID cards, preparing proposals and summaries, updating records with communications and policy documentation, processing endorsements and audits, managing invoicing and payment tracking, and conducting initial quote reviews.
- • The role is part of the Entertainment Practice team at One80 Intermediaries, serving clients in feature film, commercials/advertising, documentary, television series, and special events, requiring discretion and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- • The position offers growth through stretch assignments that include client interaction, opportunities to develop professional skills in insurance operations, and involvement in corporate initiatives focused on accountability, collaboration, and retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
- • Active P&C insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
- • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to follow process and procedures guidance
- • Strong communication skills with tact and poise under pressure
- • Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
