  • • Own the end-to-end forecasting strategy for clinical capacity by translating Marketing and Partnerships demand projections into precise BCBA headcount requirements across all U.S. states.
  • • Lead the development and continuous optimization of workforce planning and staffing models to ensure the right number of clinicians are available to support assessments, client pairing, and ongoing therapy delivery.
  • • Oversee a team of Forecasting and Scheduling Analysts responsible for assessment scheduling and BCBA-to-client matching, ensuring operational efficiency, coverage integrity, and timely service delivery.
  • • Build and maintain predictive forecasting models using historical trends, productivity assumptions, and projected demand to align clinician supply with fluctuating patient intake volumes.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Clinical, and Operations leadership to align capacity plans, scheduling priorities, and growth targets with business objectives and clinical standards.
  • • Design and implement reporting dashboards, processes, and planning rigor to improve forecast accuracy, optimize clinician utilization, and proactively identify capacity risks, gaps, and scaling needs.
  • • Analyze utilization rates against AnswersNow’s published full-time caseload and therapy-hour expectations to ensure clinicians are deployed effectively without burnout or underutilization.
  • • Drive improvements in time-to-care metrics by reducing the interval between intake/assessment readiness and BCBA placement, directly supporting the company’s speed-to-care promise.
  • • Monitor and enhance assessment scheduling fill rates to maximize conversion of forecasted demand into completed appointments each week.
  • • Evaluate client-to-BCBA match success and rematch rates to ensure alignment with AnswersNow’s dedicated-clinician, family-centered model and minimize disruptive reassignments.
  • • Balance business performance goals with clinician experience and client outcomes, ensuring sustainable workforce planning that supports both operational efficiency and therapeutic quality.
  • • Present forecasting insights, capacity risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and data-driven authority.
  • • Maintain deep awareness of insurance credentialing timelines and revenue cycle constraints, integrating these factors into scheduling and staffing models to protect gross margins and operational continuity.
  • • Establish repeatable playbooks for state-by-state expansion, ensuring scalable workforce infrastructure that supports rapid growth without compromising service quality.
  • • Leverage advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities and BI/reporting tools to automate data workflows, enhance model transparency, and enable self-service analytics for cross-functional teams.
  • • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across operations, clinical, and commercial teams by translating complex workforce analytics into actionable operational insights.
