📋 Description

• • As a Payments Operations Manager at EverCommerce, you will own the day-to-day operational health of the EverHealth payments function, ensuring payments run smoothly by handling escalations, driving cross-functional coordination, and resolving complex support issues that require deep payments expertise.
• • Your daily responsibilities include managing payment escalations from Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams; leading merchant rate review processes; executing updates to payment systems and workflows; resolving specialist-level support tickets; maintaining operational continuity through process monitoring and exception handling; documenting operational activities; surfacing trends to Payments leadership; and supporting onboarding and activation tasks between Implementation and Customer Success.
