- • Write high-quality English copy for email campaigns and mobile notifications that drive product engagement among SMEs.
- • Translate complex technical information about Tide’s banking and administrative solutions into clear, compelling, and jargon-free messaging.
- • Create and edit content across multiple formats including landing pages, blog posts, and in-app communications.
- • Review, amend, and approve copy produced by other writers, providing guidance and maintaining brand consistency.
- • Collaborate closely with the CRM team to align messaging with customer journey stages and campaign objectives.
- • Work within Tide’s established Style Guide and Tone of Voice to ensure all content reflects brand standards.
- • Plan, organize, and manage multiple writing projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines and quality.
- • Act as a content resource for cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and customer experience.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of content processes and suggest new initiatives to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- • Maintain familiarity with SME industry trends, competitive landscape, and financial services context in the UK and Europe.
- • Use Jira and Confluence to track content workflows, manage tasks, and document approvals.
- • Work within a global, multicultural team based in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting UK and European markets.
- • Engage with a community of copywriters across Tide’s international offices to ensure cohesive messaging.
- • Deliver content that supports Tide’s mission: helping SMEs save time and money so they can focus on what they love.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional copywriting or content writing experience
- • Excellent proofreading and editing skills in English with impeccable grammar and spelling
- • Experience working with a Style Guide or Tone of Voice document
- • Experience collaborating with CRM teams or in customer-facing marketing campaigns
- • Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for content workflow management
- • Portfolio of copywriting work demonstrating ability to write for SME audiences
