• • MOO Inc. is seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer to join the Customer Design team within the Creative Department at their Cape Town, South Africa hub. This role focuses on creating high-quality, impactful print and digital layouts that align with Business Customers' visions under tight deadlines. The designer will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, requiring strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and clear communication. MOO, founded in 2006 to innovate in the print industry, has grown into a 400+ person global team with offices in London, UK; Dagenham, UK; Boston, MA; East Providence, RI; Denver, CO; and now Cape Town, South Africa. The Cape Town hub supports the company's mission to deliver exceptional design solutions for clients ranging from Google and Airbnb to local craft vendors, blending digital and print expertise to serve diverse customer needs.
• • The Customer Design team specializes in serving MOO's Business Customers, translating their brand and communication goals into tangible visual outputs. As a mid-level contributor, the Graphic Designer will take ownership of layout projects from concept through execution, ensuring designs are both aesthetically compelling and strategically effective. Success in this role depends on balancing artistic innovation with practical constraints, maintaining consistency across customer projects while adapting to evolving briefs and feedback loops.
• • Daily responsibilities include interpreting customer requirements into visual concepts, developing layouts for print and digital media (such as business cards, brochures, reports, presentations, and online assets), preparing files for production, and participating in design reviews. The role demands proficiency in industry-standard design tools, a portfolio demonstrating layout excellence, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The designer must communicate progress clearly, incorporate feedback constructively, and uphold MOO's standards for quality and timeliness in all deliverables.
