📋 Description
- • Assists in the implementation of custom integration solutions as part of Mitel product deployments, working under the direction of Senior Consultants or Management.
- • Contributes to the creation and customer approval of Solution Design Documents (SDD), including Visio call flow charts, database schemas, field definitions, and inter-system messaging formats and protocols.
- • Develops custom solutions or reporting applications based on approved SDD specifications.
- • Installs custom solution software and performs unit testing to ensure functionality and compliance with design requirements.
- • Provides system and end-user support during testing phases to validate solution performance and usability.
- • Delivers in-service support as defined in the Statement of Work to maintain solution integrity post-deployment.
- • Designs and deploys custom contact center integration solutions, including interfaces and reporting tools.
- • Implements and configures custom Professional Services tools such as CRM connectors and dialers.
- • Designs and deploys custom IVR web application interfaces to enhance customer interaction workflows.
- • Manages multiple simultaneous projects of simple to moderate complexity while adhering to deadlines with minimal supervision.
- • Maintains professional communication with internal and external customers to ensure front-line satisfaction and project alignment.
- • Submits accurate and timely project documentation, including time logs per activity and weekly expense reports.
- • Adapts to flexible work schedules, including nights and weekends, to support customer implementation events.
- • Possesses strong PC skills with proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication.
- • Translates business processes into technical requirements and applies software development principles to resolve system-level problems.
- • Works independently with a solid work ethic, demonstrating accountability and reliability in project execution.
- • Occasionally travels to customer sites to support on-site implementation, troubleshooting, or training activities.
- • Maintains excellent English language proficiency in both written and spoken communication for client and team interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
- • 1-3+ years of experience developing custom software solutions
- • Knowledge of SQL, MS SQL database structures, and system utilities
- • Experience writing application code in .NET C#/C++, JavaScript, Java, HTML, SOAP, WSDL, RESTful APIs, and XML
- • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects with limited supervision
- • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
