- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated machine learning models, with a primary focus on tabular data. Experience in deploying models to production environments, including packaging, building inference APIs, and optimizing for low latency, is highly valued.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models specifically for tabular data, demonstrating a strong grasp of underlying methodologies and practical application.
- • Proven track record of owning ML projects end-to-end, from initial research and problem formulation through to production deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.
- • Demonstrated ability to extract predictive signals from complex, messy, real-world data at scale, employing advanced feature engineering and data preprocessing techniques.
- • Experience training ML models on Big Data and optimizing them for efficient inference latency in production environments.
- • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML platforms and MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.
- • Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with core tabular ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, pandas, polars).
- • Solid understanding of experimental design, causality, and robust model validation techniques to ensure the reliability and interpretability of ML solutions.
