Mobile ASO/Paid

📋 Description

• • We're looking for a Mobile ASO & Paid UA Specialist to own our app's visibility and growth across the App Store and Google Play.
• • You'll combine organic discovery — metadata, creatives, ratings, conversion rate optimization — with paid user acquisition campaigns to drive installs, reduce cost per install, and improve overall app performance.
• • This is a data-heavy, execution-focused role for someone who understands the full funnel from store listing to in-app conversion.
• • App Store Optimization (ASO)
• • Own metadata strategy — titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords — for both iOS and Android
• • Manage and iterate on store creatives: screenshots, preview videos, icons, and feature graphics
• • Monitor and improve conversion rates at every stage of the store listing
• • Track keyword rankings and competitor movements
• • Manage ratings and reviews strategy
• • Paid User Acquisition
• • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• • Manage budgets and hit CPI/CPA targets
• • Develop and test ad creatives in collaboration with the design and video teams
• • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable optimizations
• • A/B test creatives, audiences, bids, and landing experiences continuously
• • Hands-on experience with ASO tools (AppFollow, Sensor Tower, AppTweak, MobileAction, or similar)
• • Proven track record running paid UA campaigns for mobile apps
• • Strong analytical skills — comfortable in dashboards, attribution tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch), and spreadsheets
• • Understanding of iOS and Android store algorithms and how they differ
• • Creative judgment — you know what makes a good store screenshot or ad hook
• • Detail-oriented and self-directed — you manage your own priorities and deadlines
• • Monthly Salary:
• • Salary: €5,000–€7,000 gross/month depending on experience.
