• Your responsibilities will extend to the meticulous maintenance and strategic scaling of our existing mobile and full-stack applications. This involves ensuring robust performance, seamless user experiences, and the ability to handle growing user bases and feature sets. You will be tasked with identifying areas for improvement, implementing optimizations, and architecting solutions that support long-term growth and stability.
• A core aspect of this role involves the design and implementation of robust backend services, APIs, and intricate database integrations. You will architect and build the foundational systems that power our mobile applications, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient retrieval. This includes developing RESTful APIs, managing database schemas, and ensuring seamless communication between the frontend and backend.
• You will be responsible for integrating essential third-party services, such as payment gateways, advanced analytics platforms, and social media functionalities, directly into our consumer applications. This requires a deep understanding of various SDKs and APIs, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance to enhance user convenience and provide valuable insights into user behavior.
• Collaboration is key in this role. You will work directly with our founders and the creators behind the influencer platforms. This close partnership will involve translating their product vision, innovative ideas, and strategic goals into tangible, shipped features. Your ability to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications will be crucial for the success of our products.
• A significant focus will be placed on optimizing the performance and engagement across both iOS and Android platforms. This involves in-depth analysis of user interaction data, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance app speed, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our applications are not just functional but also delightful to use.
• You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. This includes writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, and adhering to best practices in software engineering.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and be able to apply them to both mobile and backend development, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive product. 🎯 Requirements

• Senior full-stack experience with a proven track record of shipping consumer mobile applications to production.
• Strong backend engineering experience, preferably with Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience building high-engagement consumer products, not internal or enterprise tools.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven work style.
• Experience working in fast-moving startup environments.
