• In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the exceptional quality and seamless user experience of our cutting-edge mobile applications. You will be responsible for the meticulous planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies for our iOS and Android platforms. Your primary objective will be to identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with our development teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. • You will dive deep into the intricacies of our mobile applications, performing a variety of testing methodologies including functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing. You will be a vocal advocate for quality, ensuring that our mobile applications meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Beyond manual testing, you will explore and implement opportunities for test automation to enhance efficiency and coverage. This may involve identifying repetitive test scenarios suitable for automation and contributing to the development and maintenance of automated test suites. Your ability to think critically about how to optimize the testing process will be highly valued.
• You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and test summary reports. This documentation will serve as a crucial resource for the team, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the testing process. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies, sharing best practices and insights with the wider team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android), mobile device landscapes, and common mobile development frameworks. Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and test management tools is essential. You should be adept at translating complex technical requirements into testable scenarios and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
