- • Your work will contribute to building an AI that doesn’t just answer questions but connects with users through charm, irony, and cultural awareness, setting a new standard for conversational AI in entertainment, education, and everyday dialogue.
- • You will review and score AI model responses using detailed rubrics focused on humor effectiveness, comedic timing, engagement levels, and conversational naturalness, providing structured feedback to guide model improvements.
- • You will write and revise sample responses that maximize user delight and entertainment while strictly maintaining factual integrity, ensuring Grok remains both funny and trustworthy across diverse topics.
- • You will maintain strict consistency in Grok’s personality—witty, charming, and never cringeworthy—across a wide spectrum of interactions, from casual banter and technical explanations to philosophical debates and satirical commentary.
- • You will create and label high-quality training datasets centered on nuanced linguistic elements such as irony, sarcasm, banter, cultural references, and meme literacy, directly feeding into Grok’s behavioral fine-tuning.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to design evaluation tasks and benchmarks that objectively measure and strengthen Grok’s defined personality traits over time.

- • A public portfolio showcasing humorous, engaging, or charismatic writing—such as published articles, viral social media threads, scripts, or comedy sketches—with verifiable links provided for review.
- • Proven ability to create writing that consistently resonates with broad audiences, supported by measurable engagement metrics (e.g., views, shares, likes, publications) or clear evidence of widespread appeal and impact.
- • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of internet culture, including evolving memes, viral trends, platform-specific humor (e.g., TikTok, Twitter/X, Reddit), and deep familiarity with historical, literary, and pop-cultural references.
- • Strong analytical skills to identify ineffective phrasing, poor pacing, tonal missteps, or awkward phrasing in text, with a keen ear for what makes conversation feel natural, funny, or engaging.
- • (Preferred) Professional experience in comedy writing, screenwriting, improvisation, viral content creation, or performance-based fields such as stand-up, sketch comedy, or satirical journalism.
