• • The Monitoring Specialist supports compliance monitoring and program improvement across federal initiatives, ensuring adherence to statutes, regulations, and agency policies while contributing to the mission of serving refugees, unaccompanied children, and vulnerable populations through culturally responsive, trauma-informed services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits and remote monitoring, reviewing documents, interviewing stakeholders, creating detailed reports with findings and recommendations, developing training materials, and providing data-driven insights via dashboards and presentations to federal partners.
• • ICF International is a global advisory and technology services firm that partners with federal agencies like the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to deliver mission-critical support, combining deep expertise with innovative solutions to address complex public sector challenges.
