- • Coordinate final residential loan conditions and prepare loan files for closing in alignment with lender and regulatory guidelines.
- • Communicate directly with borrowers, title companies, attorneys, and lenders to ensure timely resolution of outstanding conditions.
- • Review and verify accuracy of closing disclosures, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards for US residential mortgages.
- • Track funding timelines and proactively resolve last-minute issues that could delay closings.
- • Maintain organized digital records and update internal systems with accurate, up-to-date loan status information.
- • Support post-closing documentation follow-ups, including delivery of final closing packages and correction of discrepancies.
- • Ensure adherence to TRID/CD timelines and compliance requirements throughout the closing process.
- • Utilize Loan Origination Systems such as Encompass or Calyx to manage loan file workflows and document uploads.
- • Use CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain communication logs with all parties involved in the closing process.
- • Collaborate remotely using Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and task management tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello to coordinate with US-based teams and clients.
- • Manage high-volume loan pipelines with precision, ensuring no deadlines are missed and all documentation is error-free.
- • Demonstrate professional, clear, and empathetic client-facing communication with borrowers during critical closing stages.
- • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with lender and borrower schedules.
- • Complete all application requirements, including recording a video as the first step in the interview process.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in mortgage processing, closing coordination, or loan administration
- • Strong understanding of US residential mortgage documentation and closing procedures
- • Must have prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Exceptional attention to detail and deadline management skills
- • Professional client-facing communication skills
