📋 Description

• As a Motion Design Practice Lead at WalkMe, you will build and lead the company’s in-house motion and video production capability, shaping the visual motion language at a global scale for an industry leader in digital adoption now part of SAP.
• You will own the end-to-end creation of motion content across campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and events, working closely with the Brand Creative team under the Director of Brand Creative.
• This is a permanent, full-time role on the Brand Creative team in Tel Aviv, offering high ownership and impact as you drive motion deliverables from brief to final asset without requiring day-to-day project management oversight.
• You will have the opportunity to resolve a wide range of creative challenges independently, collaborate with talented teams, and innovate in a fast-paced environment that values both craft and velocity in brand-focused motion design.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in motion design and video production with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership.
• Ability to lead and build an in-house motion design practice from the ground up, including workflow establishment and creative direction.
• Experience collaborating with brand and creative teams to produce motion content for campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and events.
• Strong independent work ethic with the capability to manage creative projects from brief to final delivery without day-to-day oversight.
• Proficiency in industry-standard motion design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D).
