Motion Design Technologist

📋 Description

• • As a Motion Design Technologist at StackAdapt, you will serve as a design-led technologist embedded within the Creatives Platform engineering team, bridging creative vision and technical execution to build scalable, motion-forward programmatic ad templates that power high-impact campaigns across digital channels.
• • Day to day, you will design and produce programmatic templates using client assets and original concepts across static, animated, and interactive formats; create motion systems using After Effects, Animate, or Google Web Designer; build and maintain interactive HTML5 templates with HTML5/CSS and light JavaScript; partner with Engineering, Creative Studio, and Product teams to identify creative gaps and translate them into reusable template patterns and platform capabilities; develop channel-specific creative best practices; validate templates with customer and CS teams; own quality checks for visual polish, responsiveness, and accessibility; and improve workflows through documentation, standardization, and experimentation with AI-assisted tools.
• • You will join the Creatives Platform group within StackAdapt’s engineering organization—a cross-functional team responsible for the systems and tooling that enable self-serve creative creation and maintain the in-house creative template library. StackAdapt is a leading AI-powered marketing platform that delivers 465 billion automated optimizations per second, empowering forward-thinking marketers to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels with measurable results.
