• • This is a pivotal, full-time opportunity for a talented Motion Designer to become the inaugural dedicated motion specialist at LiveFlow. You will be instrumental in shaping the very essence of how our products move, from the subtle micro-interactions and seamless transitions to the informative loading states and delightful animated moments that transform complex financial workflows into experiences that feel effortlessly simple, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable. This is a foundational role with immense scope for impact. You will have the unique chance to define our entire motion language from the ground up, establish the robust system that our engineering team will use for implementation, and collaborate closely with our product design and engineering departments to ship animations that not only enhance user experience but foster a deeper connection and appreciation for our products.

• • What You'll Do:
• • Spearhead the design and implementation of UI animations, micro-interactions, and transitions across all LiveFlow products, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
• • Craft compelling loading states, intuitive onboarding flows, and moments of delight that significantly elevate the overall product experience and user satisfaction.
• • Architect and build LiveFlow's motion design system, meticulously defining core principles for timing, easing, and movement that ensure consistency and scalability across the entire product suite.
• • Foster a strong collaborative relationship with product designers and engineers, actively participating in the design process and contributing to the technical implementation of animations.
• • Bridge the critical gap between design and engineering by becoming proficient in implementing animations directly within the codebase, utilizing tools like Lottie, Rive, or Framer Motion.
• • Champion the importance of motion design within the company, educating stakeholders and advocating for best practices.
• • Conduct user research and A/B testing to validate and iterate on animation designs, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in motion design and UI animation, bringing innovative ideas and techniques to the team.
• • Contribute to the visual identity and brand expression of LiveFlow through thoughtful and impactful motion.
• • Develop and maintain documentation for the motion design system, ensuring clarity and ease of use for the wider team.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience through animation, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a user-centric approach.
• • Work closely with the product team to understand user pain points and translate them into elegant animated solutions.
• • Ensure all animations are performant and optimized for various devices and platforms.
