• • As a Motion Designer at Welltech, you will be an integral part of our creative engine, working closely with the marketing team, video producers, and other key stakeholders. Your primary role will be to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute high-quality video content that directly supports and reflects our business priorities. • • **Craft Visually Compelling Motion Content:** You will be responsible for creating dynamic and engaging motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including social media giants like Facebook and TikTok, as well as Google advertising. This requires a strong narrative sensibility, an excellent understanding of pacing, and a sophisticated approach to visual design. You’ll translate marketing objectives into visually stunning assets that capture attention and drive user engagement.
