You won't simply be creating animations; you'll be engineering high-impact visual assets specifically designed for major advertising platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Snap, with a laser focus on captivating Health and Fitness audiences.
- • We are looking for a candidate who embodies a marketer's strategic thinking and an artist's creative execution. You possess an innate understanding of what captures attention within the crucial first few seconds of a video, the importance of a clear and compelling Call to Action (CTA), and the ability to leverage performance data to refine and optimize creative output. Your work will be instrumental in driving user acquisition and engagement across our diverse product portfolio.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Performance-First Creative Execution: Spearhead the development of high-converting motion assets tailored for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube advertising. These assets will be meticulously engineered for direct-response environments, with a critical emphasis on optimizing the initial 3 seconds to maximize viewer retention and conversion rates. Your designs will be the first impression for millions of potential users, making their impact paramount.
- • Data-Driven Iteration and Optimization: Collaborate closely with our dedicated Growth and User Acquisition (UA) teams to meticulously analyze creative performance metrics. Employ structured A/B testing frameworks to identify and scale winning creative concepts, while efficiently refining or sunsetting underperforming assets. This iterative process is key to maximizing our advertising spend and achieving superior ROAS.
- • Full-Funnel Creative Strategy: Design motion content with clear, measurable performance objectives in mind, such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV). You will develop a deep understanding of how creative elements influence user behavior at every stage of the acquisition funnel, from initial awareness to long-term retention.
- • Strategic Creative Partnership: Act as a key collaborator with Growth Managers, UA specialists, and Video Producers. You will translate overarching campaign strategies and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into scalable, effective creative concepts that resonate with our target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
- • High-Velocity Testing and Production: Thrive in a fast-paced, continuous creative experimentation environment. You will be responsible for efficiently producing and iterating on a high volume of assets to support our substantial paid social advertising budgets, ensuring a constant stream of fresh and engaging content.
- • Platform-Native Design and Innovation: Craft dynamic transitions, compelling typography, and sophisticated compositing sequences that feel inherently native to each specific platform (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Snap). While ensuring platform authenticity, you will maintain unwavering brand consistency and a competitive creative edge that stands out in crowded digital spaces.
- • Proactive Trend Analysis and Competitive Benchmarking: Stay ahead of the curve by diligently monitoring evolving platform trends, emerging User-Generated Content (UGC) styles, and competitive creative benchmarks. Proactively identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance creative performance and maintain our market leadership.
- • Visual Storytelling for Engagement: Develop engaging visual narratives that clearly communicate the value proposition of our wellness apps, driving user interest and encouraging downloads and continued engagement. This involves understanding the core benefits of Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit and translating them into compelling visual stories.
- • Cross-Functional Collaboration for Impact: Work seamlessly with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure creative aligns with broader business objectives and user insights. Your ability to communicate creative rationale effectively will be crucial in driving alignment and maximizing the impact of your work.
