📋 Description

• As a Motion Designer at Sportygroup B.V., you will play a pivotal role in elevating the brand’s visual storytelling across Latin America and global markets by creating high-impact motion content that drives engagement and performance in digital marketing campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to Sporty’s growth by transforming marketing briefs into compelling animated assets for platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing for conversion and audience resonance.
• You will own the full motion design lifecycle — from interpreting creative briefs and developing storyboards to animating, editing, and delivering final assets — collaborating closely with marketing, performance, brand, and data analytics teams to ensure creative decisions are both visually striking and data-informed. Your responsibilities include producing motion graphics for social media, display advertising, and video campaigns; staying current with industry trends in animation and motion design; mentoring junior designers as the team scales; and contributing to recruitment efforts by helping identify top-tier talent. You’ll also leverage project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and timeliness.
• You will join a dynamic, growth-focused Marketing Design team within Sportygroup B.V., a company dedicated to innovation in sports entertainment and digital engagement across Latin America and beyond. The team operates with a strong emphasis on creativity, collaboration, and performance-driven outcomes, where motion design is not just decorative but a strategic lever in campaign success. You’ll report to the Marketing Design Lead and work alongside Senior Motion Designers who value ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance-informed motion design, gaining hands-on experience integrating analytics into creative workflows — a rare and valuable skill set in today’s marketing landscape. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of campaigns reaching millions, refine your leadership abilities through mentoring and cross-functional collaboration, and build a standout portfolio of high-conversion motion content that demonstrates both artistic excellence and measurable impact.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a motion design role supported by a strong portfolio showcasing work for digital marketing and social platforms
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills
