📋 Description

• Collaborate with a globally dispersed team of designers to produce high-quality, brand-compliant static and motion design assets for clients across digital, social, and media channels.
• Create and adapt motion graphics, video content, and illustrated assets using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to meet platform-specific requirements and client objectives.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools such as Pencil Pro to streamline production workflows, enhance creative efficiency, and refine assets for scale and localization.
• Localize existing design content for different markets, ensuring cultural, linguistic, and regulatory alignment while preserving brand identity and visual consistency.
• Implement templated design systems to enable scalable adaptation of assets across regions, reducing turnaround time and improving operational efficiency.
• Support the Senior Design Director and design team by contributing creative ideas, reviewing project workflows, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations during project reviews.
• Produce optimized social media content tailored to the unique specifications and performance benchmarks of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Work with AI-generated imagery and video assets, integrating them seamlessly into motion and static design workflows while maintaining quality and coherence.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all delivered assets, ensuring visual harmony across global campaigns and client portfolios.
• Assist in the creation of 3D animated elements using tools like Blender to enhance motion design output and deliver more immersive client experiences.
• Participate in team critiques and project feedback sessions to refine creative direction and improve collective output quality.
• Balance creative autonomy with structured production pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets under tight deadlines without compromising on design integrity.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, provide updates, and resolve design-related challenges.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, platform updates, and AI tool advancements to continuously improve workflow and output quality.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices for AI-assisted design, localization, and asset templating within the design team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in design, preferably within an agency or creative environment
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Demonstrated experience in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools such as Blender
• Knowledge of social media design best practices and platform-specific asset optimization
• Familiarity with AI tools like Pencil Pro for design production and workflow efficiency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with global teams, project managers, and clients
