In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bringing innovative ideas to life across a spectrum of high-impact channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your primary focus will be on crafting visually compelling assets that not only capture attention and stop the scroll but also demonstrably drive measurable results.   • • You will be a key player in a team that values the impact of design. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including media strategists, content creators, and account managers, you will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and implementation of creative assets. These assets will be crucial for A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and other data-informed initiatives aimed at achieving our clients’ overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust and diverse design portfolio, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to excel within an agency setting, contributing to campaigns for exciting and prominent enterprise brands.
  • • **Key Responsibilities and Contributions:**
  • • **Crafting High-Impact Creative Assets:** Develop and produce a wide array of compelling design assets, including ad sets, banners, social media creatives, and landing page mockups. These designs will be meticulously crafted and data-informed, with the explicit goal of driving improvements in key digital marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
  • • **Motion Graphics and Video Production:** Create engaging motion graphics and produce concise, short-form video cutdowns. These assets will be specifically optimized for the unique demands and best practices of social media advertising platforms, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
  • • **Video Asset Editing and Optimization:** Skillfully edit and repurpose existing video assets into high-performing ad units. This involves tailoring content to meet specific platform specifications, adapting to various aspect ratios, and ensuring the creative is engaging enough to hold audience attention within short timeframes.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with media buying and content strategy teams to ensure that all motion creative and visual assets are seamlessly aligned with audience insights, campaign objectives, and overall marketing strategies. This collaborative approach ensures a cohesive and effective campaign.
  • • **Supporting Agency Marketing Efforts:** Contribute to the marketing initiatives of ABE Global Inc. itself by developing and delivering compelling creative content that helps the agency stand out in a competitive landscape and attract new B2B clients.
  • • **Brand Consistency and Adaptability:** Maintain unwavering brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets. Simultaneously, demonstrate creative flexibility by adapting visual styles and messaging to resonate with diverse audience segments and effectively suit the nuances of different digital platforms.
  • • **Data-Driven Design and A/B Testing:** Collaborate intimately with internal teams and client teams to gain a deep understanding of business goals, target audience demographics, and critical data points. This knowledge will directly inform the creation of effective A/B tests and data-driven design iterations.
  • • **Experimentation and CRO Implementation:** Design and implement A/B tests and other conversion rate optimization experiments using industry-standard CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg. This hands-on approach is crucial for continuous improvement.
  • • **User Research and Insight Gathering:** Conduct user research, usability testing sessions, and analyze heat mapping data to gather actionable insights. These insights will be used to validate design decisions and inform future creative development.
  • • **Iterative Design Process:** Continuously iterate on and refine designs based on qualitative feedback from stakeholders, quantitative data insights derived from testing, and the outcomes of optimization experiments. This iterative approach ensures designs are constantly evolving towards peak performance.
  • • **Project Management and Communication:** Effectively manage multiple design projects concurrently. Maintain clear and proactive communication with project management and other internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, responding promptly to feedback, and ensuring all project requirements and deadlines are met.
  • • **Industry Trend Awareness:** Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging best practices, and new technologies related to conversion rate optimization, user experience design, and social media advertising creative.
