- • Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
- • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with UK brand objectives
- • Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion design outputs
- • Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling
- • Work closely with UK Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business objectives into motion-driven content
- • Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for UK-focused projects
- • Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
- • Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively
- • Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence
- • Develop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production workflows
- • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with tight delivery deadlines
- • Troubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain high-quality output
- • Stay at the forefront of UK and global motion design trends, animation techniques, and emerging creative tools
- • Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats to push creative boundaries
- • Continuously set new benchmarks for BJAK’s UK brand through innovative motion design
- • Ensure all motion design work aligns with BJAK’s mission to create efficient, society-positive digital applications
- • Operate within a flat organizational structure where creativity and initiative are prioritized over titles
- • Work remotely across the UK with flexibility not limited to London
🎯 Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- • Proven ability to lead creative direction and mentor junior designers
- • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
