📋 Description
- • Lead a team of approximately 25 Senior Service Delivery Associates across three product lines (ExP, EITL, RB) serving Gartner’s Global Enterprise and Research Board clients in Europe and ROW.
- • Drive client delivery excellence by coaching leaders (EPs and PDs) to develop forward-looking engagement plans, mitigate account risk, and generate growth using Gartner’s full suite of assets.
- • Ensure consistent, scalable execution of world-class client engagements by guiding teams to diagnose complex enterprise challenges and transition from reactive consultation to proactive advisory.
- • Foster a culture of learning by prioritizing FastStart, Top Insights from BTI, AskGartner, and other internal resources to enhance team capability and client impact.
- • Identify service delivery gaps and lead innovation initiatives to transform business processes and improve operational effectiveness.
- • Directly engage with key client accounts to influence outcomes and provide strategic insight at the executive level.
- • Hold team leaders accountable for retention, forward-looking engagement plans, monthly consults, and critical metrics such as ESDM and AskGartner usage.
- • Solve complex client and operational challenges by applying data-driven approaches and fact-based strategies to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- • Leverage AI tools to accelerate team development, enhance coaching practices, and deepen client value delivery; actively mentor team members on effective AI adoption with clients.
- • Rigorously manage performance, addressing underperformance with clarity and consistency while maintaining a high bar for hiring and talent evaluation.
- • Build and sustain trust-based partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, BTI, Product, HR, and Finance to align on renewal strategies and client success.
- • Instill a commercial mindset within the team, enabling them to operate effectively at the intersection of service delivery and sales.
- • Lead with curiosity, emotional intelligence, and high IQ, inspiring team members to embrace feedback, adapt to change, and operate without limits.
- • Champion agile change management, guiding the team through transformation initiatives with clarity, empathy, and strategic vision.
- • Maintain accountability for a $75M client value portfolio and ensure alignment with Gartner’s Guided Products’ Mission Critical Priorities.
- • Cultivate an inclusive, high-performance culture where individuals are developed to achieve success and contribute meaningfully to organizational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with minimum 15 years of experience as a former C-level executive or in consulting/advisory roles with large-scale, complex responsibilities
- • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams of senior service delivery professionals
- • Demonstrated ability to drive client retention and growth through data-driven strategies and executive-level engagement
- • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance coaching, learning, and client delivery outcomes
- • Strong partnership-building skills with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Finance teams
