National Clearance Coordinator

📋 Description

• • Work closely with the Clearance Officer to read and clear purchase and refinance transactions for residential properties.
• • Examine abstracts, leases, contracts, and other legal documents to identify title insurance and legal issues related to title insurance commitments and reports.
• • Collaborate with the Clearance Officer, title agency clients, and attorneys representing parties in real estate transactions to clear title exceptions and prepare titles for closing.
• • Assist in preparing and reviewing both Owner and Loan Policies to ensure appropriate exceptions are accurately documented.
• • Review title bills and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• • Perform duties related to Surveys, Survey Readings, Real Estate Taxes, Recordings, and Escrows.
• • Handle both New York and National real estate transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• • Maintain high standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive client and transactional information.
• • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• • Apply creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex title issues and streamline clearance processes.
