📋 Description
- • Lead the development and execution of an annual national plan to engage Medical Experts (MEs) across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Rising Star categories in the breast cancer therapeutic area.
- • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing Strategy, Medical Affairs, HCP Education, Congress Strategy, Advocacy, and Compliance to align ME engagement tactics with brand objectives.
- • Conduct and orchestrate 1:1 engagements with Tier 1 MEs to gather post-approval insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, patient journey, treatment patterns, and product feedback to inform marketing strategy.
- • Develop and submit advisory board and consultancy proposals, and actively participate in or nominate MEs for advisory roles to support business needs.
- • Coordinate and execute complex cross-functional engagements such as site visits, executive leadership meetings, and immersion days with key medical experts.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between the national ME universe and Novartis, directing ME inquiries to appropriate internal teams and ensuring seamless follow-up.
- • Collaborate on the design, format, and delivery of commercial educational programs, including serving as moderator or faculty for Peer Exchange Programs (PXP).
- • Identify, approve, and represent Novartis at regional and national conferences, state society meetings, and other permitted events in partnership with field leadership and medical affairs.
- • Develop and implement a cohesive ME engagement strategy for major national and regional congresses, aligned with Congress Strategy and marketing objectives.
- • Oversee the creation and utilization of brand materials and resources to ensure consistency and compliance in external expert communications.
- • Deliver business reviews and performance analyses to senior leadership, using KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- • Lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance team knowledge of the breast cancer disease state, competitive products, platforms, and engagement technologies.
- • Anticipate shifts in the healthcare environment and synthesize insights to proactively adapt engagement strategies at regional and national levels.
- • Demonstrate advanced expertise in navigating healthcare system dynamics, ethical considerations, and stakeholder agility while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.
- • Manage budgetary responsibilities for ME engagement activities and ensure financial accountability across all initiatives.
- • Champion change initiatives within IMO/TLL structures and initiate self-driven projects to improve efficiency and performance at a national scale.
- • Maintain deep therapeutic and product knowledge in breast cancer and related treatment paradigms to communicate effectively with external experts and internal teams.
- • Ensure all ME engagement activities adhere to legal, ethical, and compliance standards across all U.S. jurisdictions.
