• • The National Imaging Network Manager, Provider Partnerships role is the clinical heartbeat of Scan.com’s partner network, serving as the vital bridge between contracting and daily operations to ensure imaging centers not only join but thrive within the network.
• • Day to day, you will lead onboarding of newly contracted imaging centers, manage a national portfolio of partners as the primary point of contact, resolve operational blockers in scheduling, billing, and referral workflows, negotiate and execute Single Case Agreements (SCAs), conduct performance reviews, and maintain data integrity in provider rosters and internal systems.
• • Scan.com is a digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent, with over $70m in VC funding, profitability, and 100%+ YoY growth, operating a B2C marketplace for scan bookings and B2B platforms that use AI to streamline workflows for providers.
• • In this role, you can build a gold-standard onboarding experience, convert SCAs into long-term contracts, achieve 100% provider directory accuracy, reduce recurring operational issues through proactive feedback loops, and deepen partner engagement evidenced by positive quarterly reviews and increased platform adoption.
