  • • The National Marketing Head will lead Weekday 1’s marketing vision across India, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated urban and rural strategies. This role is critical to scaling the company’s market presence by aligning ATL, BTL, digital, and rural marketing efforts under a unified national plan.
  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive national marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring strong and consistent brand presence across television, print, radio, outdoor, digital, and on-ground channels.
  • • Lead and manage large-scale ATL campaigns including TV, print, radio, and outdoor advertising to build brand awareness and recall at a national level.
  • • Conceptualize and implement impactful BTL activations, events, and on-ground campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions in diverse markets.
  • • Drive digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and marketing automation to maximize ROI and digital reach.
  • • Design and execute innovative rural marketing strategies leveraging deep market insights to expand penetration in tier 2, tier 3, and rural markets.
  • • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies using data-driven insights.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with business goals.
  • • Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high impact and cost efficiency across all campaigns and initiatives.
  • • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • • The marketing team operates at the intersection of creativity and analytics, working closely with product and sales to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
