📋 Description

• A Navy Lifecycle Sustainment Consultant supports Department of the Navy clients in achieving and sustaining Navy sustainment excellence through process improvement and mission support.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include working with multidisciplinary teams on US Navy client missions, developing and improving lifecycle-sustainment processes, and interfacing with senior government clients through formal and informal briefings and feedback sessions.
• The role is part of Guidehouse’s Management Consulting practice, supporting high-impact federal contracts with a focus on defense and government clients.
• The consultant will gain hands-on experience in defense logistics, process optimization, and government stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to deepen expertise in Navy sustainment systems and advance within federal consulting.

🎯 Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree
• TWO (2) or more years of professional experience supporting federal contracts
