- • As a NetSuite Administrator at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, and optimization of NetSuite environments, ensuring reliable system operation and high data quality for finance and operations teams.
- • You will administer and configure NetSuite modules including Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report; manage users, roles, permissions, and access controls; configure workflows, forms, fields, saved searches, reports, and dashboards; and support minor enhancements and change requests following best practices.
- • You will work within TechTorch’s Commercial Excellence practice, a high-growth enterprise technology consultancy that partners with private equity-backed businesses to deliver AI-powered solutions and data-driven transformation initiatives at speed and scale.
- • You will gain hands-on experience supporting critical NetSuite environments, exposure to private equity-backed enterprise operations, and the opportunity to grow into senior admin or consultant roles while collaborating with a global, remote-first team focused on delivery excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience administering NetSuite in enterprise or consulting environments
- • Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
- • Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, saved searches, workflows, and user management
- • NetSuite Administrator certification (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
- • Experience working in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency NetSuite environments is a plus
- • Exposure to integrations or middleware tools (e.g., Celigo, Workato) is a plus
