đź“‹ Description

  • • Agent Inc., a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, is embarking on a transformative journey to fully leverage its NetSuite ERP system. As a full-service provider catering to diverse industries such as grocery, retail, convenience, food service, and agriculture, we offer comprehensive end-to-end support, from initial concept and design through to manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Our commitment is to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging that meets the dynamic needs of the market. Following a recent and significant transition from Sage to NetSuite, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic NetSuite ERP Manager (Finance & Operations) to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This pivotal role is designed for a mid-to-senior level professional who will be instrumental in optimizing, customizing, and defining the long-term strategic roadmap for our NetSuite environment.
  • • In this critical position, you will be the primary owner of our NetSuite system, focusing on enhancing its capabilities and ensuring it fully supports our complex, multi-entity, and multi-location operations. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and rectifying any implementation gaps that may have arisen during the recent transition, thereby stabilizing and improving system performance. You will be tasked with driving automation across our finance and supply chain functions, streamlining processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. This includes a significant focus on improving our financial reporting capabilities, strengthening existing integrations with key platforms, and ensuring the system is a robust backbone for our business growth.
  • • A core responsibility will be the meticulous review and enhancement of existing configurations within key NetSuite modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Management, Banking, and Bill of Materials (BOM). You will architect and implement tailored system customizations designed to provide deeper insights into financial performance and supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This involves a thorough assessment and correction of current integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational continuity.
  • • The role also demands a proactive approach to automation initiatives. You will play a key part in supporting the automation of high-volume order processing, which can range from 2,000 to 3,000 orders daily. This includes automating payment reconciliation processes and enhancing shipment tracking capabilities to provide real-time visibility. Furthermore, you will manage the intricacies of our multi-location warehouse setup and ensure that our multi-entity reporting requirements are met with precision and clarity, providing consolidated views of financial performance across all business units.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with our finance, operations, and supply chain teams to deeply understand their requirements and translate these business needs into effective technical solutions within NetSuite. Your strategic vision will extend to long-term ERP roadmap planning, aligning our NetSuite strategy with emerging automation trends and potential Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives to future-proof our operations. While we have existing consultants for basic tasks, your leadership will be focused on the strategic execution and evolution of the system, ensuring that NetSuite becomes a true competitive advantage for Agent Inc.
  • • Beyond technical implementation, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations. You will also provide essential system training support to end-users, empowering them to utilize NetSuite effectively. Your role will involve offering best practice recommendations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimal system utilization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned NetSuite professional to make a significant impact on a growing company, shaping the future of its financial and operational systems from a remote location.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation and optimization experience, with a strong track record of success in complex environments.
  • • NetSuite certification is strongly preferred, demonstrating a validated level of expertise and commitment to the platform.
  • • Proven experience with multi-entity and multi-location ERP environments, understanding the unique challenges and solutions required.
  • • Strong knowledge of NetSuite financial modules (AR, AP, GL), inventory management, and supply chain workflows, including Bill of Materials.
  • • Experience with e-commerce and marketplace integrations (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and third-party logistics (3PL) or EDI integrations.
  • • Solid understanding of reporting customization, KPI dashboard creation, and business intelligence within NetSuite.
  • • Experience managing ERP transitions or successfully fixing incomplete/suboptimal implementations is highly desirable.
  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and architect effective solutions.
  • • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and align with US business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST).

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary ranging from 3000 - 3500 USD per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • • Full-time remote position, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere within the Philippines.
  • • Opportunity to lead and shape the NetSuite ERP strategy for a growing company in the sustainable packaging industry.
  • • Exposure to diverse financial and operational modules, driving significant system improvements and automation.
  • • Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams, contributing to impactful business decisions.
  • • Professional development opportunities through managing a critical business system and staying abreast of ERP advancements.
  • • Standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST) to ensure work-life balance.
