📋 Description

• Join Vonage as a Network Applications Developer Advocate to drive adoption of network-powered API solutions like Verify and Identity Insights, bridging engineering, product, and the developer community to enable secure, reliable integrations of carrier-based authentication and fraud prevention.
• Day to day, you will create technical documentation, code samples, and tutorials; host webinars and workshops; develop SDKs and documentation tools; gather developer feedback; and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve developer experience and platform adoption.
• Vonage is a global cloud communications leader empowering brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat with programmable communications APIs, operating in the $10B+ communications API market to transform how businesses connect with customers through voice, video, and messaging.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in network APIs, security protocols, and developer relations while shaping tools and resources that enable developers to build secure, scalable applications using telecom infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software development experience with expertise in authentication, identity verification, or security-related technologies
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages relevant to both server-side and client-side development
• Experience with API design, implementation, and RESTful web services
• Understanding of authentication flows, security best practices, and fraud prevention concepts
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
