This is a full-time, 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while tackling challenging and mission-critical tasks.
- • As a hands-on problem solver, you will be instrumental in diving deep into intricate networking and security challenges. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, including but not limited to, multicast routing, latency optimization, developing automated monitoring solutions, and enhancing incident response protocols. You will be a key player in a dynamic IT team, tasked with assisting, monitoring, and progressively improving our existing IT infrastructure.
- • A core aspect of this role involves applying critical thinking to resolve complex issues within a 24/7, mission-critical network environment. This demands a proactive approach to identifying potential problems before they impact operations and a swift, effective response when incidents occur.
- • You will be a driving force behind automation initiatives, tasked with identifying and eliminating manual elements within the network infrastructure and its supporting processes. This includes developing scripts and tools to streamline operations, reduce human error, and increase overall efficiency.
- • Remote datacenter design support and management will be a significant part of your duties. You will contribute to the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of our distributed data center environments, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.

🎯 Requirements

- • Proven experience with automation concepts and scripting languages, particularly Python.
- • Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
