📋 Description

• The Network Planning & Provisioning Analyst role at Comcast Corporation is critical to maintaining and advancing the company’s network infrastructure, particularly in Backbone and IP networks, ensuring seamless service delivery for millions of customers.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Field Technicians and Engineering teams to manage project work orders, creating Visio schematics, handling TTS tickets, scheduling Test and Turn Up services, updating network circuit records in engineering databases, and providing technical updates to Project Management on milestones and issues.
• The role involves leading coordination to troubleshoot network problems, supporting escalated field operations nationally, and assembling critical network data like CLLI codes and IP addresses for documentation, all while maintaining consistent attendance with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred; equivalent combination of coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience considered)
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in network planning, provisioning, or telecommunications infrastructure
• Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as required
• Proficiency in creating technical diagrams (e.g., Visio) and managing ticketing systems (e.g., TTS)
• Experience coordinating with field operations and engineering teams to resolve network issues and support service order completion
• Familiarity with network inventory systems, IP addressing, and CLLI code assignment and maintenance
