  • • As a New Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Automotive Training Institute (ATI) segment within Driven Brands Holdings Inc., you will be a pivotal player in driving growth and expanding our reach within the independent auto repair shop market across the United States.
  • • This remote role, reporting directly to the Director of New Business Development, is designed for a motivated individual eager to make a tangible impact by connecting with automotive shop owners and introducing them to ATI's transformative Re-engineering program.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and secure attendance for our scheduled events, including live seminars and informative webinars, ensuring that potential clients who stand to benefit most from our services are engaged.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying prospective customers by conducting consistent outbound calls to independent auto repair shops nationwide.
  • • A key aspect of your role involves effectively communicating the compelling value proposition of ATI's offerings, highlighting how our coaching, training, and unique buying program have helped over 1700 shops increase their Gross Profits by nearly $3.0 billion.
  • • You will need to skillfully identify decision-makers within these businesses and persuade them of the benefits of attending our events, ultimately securing their commitment to participate.
  • • This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, including identifying potential clients and meticulously recording all sales prospecting activities within our designated computer-based tracking systems, ensuring a robust and organized pipeline.
  • • A significant part of your success will hinge on your ability to overcome objections with confidence, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by independent repair shop owners.
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM software is crucial for tracking progress, managing relationships, and providing insights for strategic planning.
  • • You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with campaign objectives, as well as with the national coaching team to facilitate a seamless transition for qualified leads.
  • • Your role extends to following up with individuals who did not attend scheduled events and nurturing leads that expressed interest, providing essential support to the national team's post-event outreach efforts and maximizing conversion opportunities.
