- • Own high-intent inbound demand and convert interest into qualified sales pipeline for the Canadian market
- • Conduct live conversations and product demonstrations with clinicians, practice managers, and healthcare operators to build trust and demonstrate Heidi’s value
- • Deconstruct the operational workflows of medical practices to identify pain points and articulate where Heidi’s AI Care Partner delivers tangible impact
- • Qualify and route sales opportunities with speed and precision to Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partnerships teams
- • Achieve deep product mastery to answer complex questions in real time without deferring or deflecting
- • Maintain accurate, detailed notes and clear context in CRM systems to ensure seamless handoffs and prevent information loss downstream
- • Continuously refine inbound qualification processes, messaging, and response strategies as demand volume and complexity grow
- • Operate with high autonomy, taking ownership of outcomes without excessive process or oversight
- • Show up early, stay late when needed, and consistently outwork the market to drive results
- • Embrace ambiguity and thrive in building systems from the ground up rather than inheriting established processes
- • Communicate clearly and think on your feet during real-time conversations with healthcare professionals
