- • A significant part of your success will stem from your ability to travel throughout the local community, actively generating leads from Realtor/Co-Broker businesses, cultivating referrals, and engaging in proactive self-prospecting efforts.

This includes a thorough understanding of competitor product offerings, specific community details, prevailing sales trends, effective advertising strategies, and the demographics of potential customer bases.
