📋 Description

• As a New Home Consultant Trainee at Lennar, you will be responsible for operating a Welcome Home Center under the guidance of a mentor.
• Your primary responsibilities will include generating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, engaging with customers to process sale agreements, and closing new home sales.
• You will be expected to develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics.
• You will also be responsible for providing consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records.
• You will participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs.
• You will ensure the maintenance of the Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes.
• You will complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
