  • • As a New Partner Experience Advisor (French Speaking) at Deliveroo Holdings plc, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new French-speaking restaurant partners, ensuring their seamless onboarding and successful launch onto the Deliveroo platform. This role is critical to Deliveroo’s mission of transforming how people shop and eat by expanding its marketplace with high-quality, locally relevant partners. You will operate within the centralised Restaurant Onboarding team, contributing to a European hub designed to deliver consistent, high-quality partner experiences across markets.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving partner onboarding by guiding new restaurants through setup processes, answering queries with speed and accuracy, and ensuring readiness to take first orders. You will deliver exceptional service by managing high-volume outbound calls, executing daily call plans to meet challenging KPIs, and maintaining a positive partner experience throughout. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to ensure smooth transitions from point of sale to live delivery. Additionally, you will maintain system integrity by keeping internal CRM and IT systems updated with accurate partner information and progress tracking, supporting data-led decision-making across the business.
  • • You will join a dynamic, values-driven team within Deliveroo’s Commercial organisation, which sits at the heart of the company’s marketplace strategy. This team shapes how Deliveroo serves restaurants, grocers, and emerging verticals worldwide by negotiating partnerships, unlocking revenue streams, and crafting data-led growth strategies. As part of a global structure now integrated with DoorDash and Wolt, you will collaborate across international teams, gaining exposure to scalable, innovative operations in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop strong commercial acumen, refine your communication and stakeholder management skills, and gain hands-on experience in partner lifecycle management within a three-sided marketplace. You will build resilience in target-driven environments, enhance your technical proficiency with CRM and operational tools, and grow as a collaborative team player. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Native or fluent proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • • Strong phone presence and confidence to make regular outbound calls to restaurant partners
  • • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • • Comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools to manage data and partner information
  • • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or onboarding role (nice to have)
  • • Experience working within a target-driven environment (nice to have)
