- • Respond to inbound SMS inquiries from prospective clients in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, primarily during East Coast hours (16:00 to 24:00 GMT).
- • Conduct consultative conversations by asking open-ended questions about health goals, past treatments, and personal concerns to understand individual needs and comfort levels.
- • Schedule phone consultations using Calendly or similar scheduling tools when leads request more in-depth discussions.
- • Accurately document client information, preferences, and interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms, with full training provided on Go High Level and DrChrono.
- • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating genuine curiosity and empathy, ensuring they feel heard and supported rather than rushed or sales-pushed.
- • Perform brief, personalized follow-ups via SMS or other channels to provide additional information or gently nudge leads toward scheduling appointments.
- • Maintain strict adherence to privacy guidelines when handling sensitive health and wellness-related client data.
- • Remain available throughout the day to respond rapidly to incoming leads, even if inquiries are sporadic or occur outside standard hours.
- • Utilize basic Excel functionality for data entry or reporting tasks as needed, with no advanced requirements beyond standard setups.
- • Work remotely in a flexible, part-time capacity with no fixed daily schedule, but with the expectation of immediate responsiveness when leads arrive.
- • Engage with clients on topics related to telehealth, chiropractic care, physical therapy, concierge medicine, or other wellness services, leveraging personal interest or familiarity in these areas.
- • Collaborate with a supportive team that prioritizes authentic client connections over scripted sales tactics.
- • Receive ongoing training on industry-specific tools and client engagement best practices to enhance performance and confidence in the role.
