- • As a Customer Success Executive for North America Public Sector (NAPS) System Integrators at Red Hat, you will drive customer success by ensuring public sector clients maximize the value of Red Hat’s open source technologies through strategic planning, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day to day, you will understand customer portfolios and business priorities, create and execute success plans with milestones, track consumption against targets, design migration and modernization roadmaps, lead Design and Discovery Sessions, act as the Voice of the Customer to Engineering and Product teams, resolve technical impediments, and assess customer readiness through structured learning plans.
- • You will partner with Red Hat’s internal teams and leading System Integrators serving NAPS clients, engaging senior executives, enterprise architects, and development teams to align technical initiatives with mission-critical goals in government and public sector environments.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise open source technologies, public sector IT modernization, and strategic customer success methodologies, while influencing product direction and achieving measurable outcomes in customer adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software from a customer success management, technical consulting, technical project management, technical sales, support, or QA background
- • Proven ability to coordinate across functions including executive leadership, sales, engineering, professional services, and technical support to meet account objectives
- • Practical knowledge of DevOps, agile concepts, and application development/deployment tools
- • Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud) and their enterprise integration; recent public cloud certification is a plus
- • Active DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred
