  • • As a Nurse Practitioner in our Home Visit Program, you will be at the forefront of delivering compassionate and comprehensive medical services directly to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the appropriate and professional medical care they deserve.

  • • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to guide patient care and management.
  • • Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies to promote self-management and improve health outcomes.
