- • We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Prince Edward Island. Preference will be given to NPs with additional licensing.
- • The Nurse Practitioner will work from the comfort of their home, on their laptop, computer, or even on the go via our HCP portal available on mobiles or iPads.
- • The Nurse Practitioner will have flexible hours, picking the hours they want to work (weekends, evenings).
- • The Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to take the vacation they want, when they want it.
- • The Nurse Practitioner will join a community of healthcare professionals, working at the cutting edge of virtual healthcare, to share and learn from each other.
- • The Nurse Practitioner will have opportunities to connect with some of Canada’s leading physicians in Weight Loss, Menopause and virtual care.
- • The Nurse Practitioner will work on an easy-to-use platform, with on-hand engineering and clinical support.
- • The Nurse Practitioner will work on a platform that is secure for both the patient and health professional, which has been purpose-built to comply with PHIPA privacy regulations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Felix is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with a license in Prince Edward Island (PEI), preferably with cross-jurisdictional licensure.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must have 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with demonstrated experience of providing patients with the best possible care.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must be physically located in Prince Edward Island (PEI), with a PEI billing number, required for ordering laboratory testing.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must be available to provide a minimum of 4 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform, in addition to logging in every 24-48hrs to address patient needs.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must be a member in good standing of the College(s) where they hold the title of Nurse Practitioner, maintaining eligibility and willingness to be licensed in other provinces.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must maintain confidentiality and follow the code of conduct as per the governing body of their province/territory.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must have experience in telemedicine. Additional experience in weight loss, menopause, mental health, ED, and birth control care are assets.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must have a proficient understanding of technology, EMRs and remote work.
- • The Nurse Practitioner must be adaptable and open to change.
