- • The OASIS QA Specialist serves as a high-level clinical quality and training leader within the Coding & OASIS review space, focusing on elevating reviewer performance, supporting client onboarding, aligning processes across teams, and partnering with stateside and offshore reviewers to ensure consistent quality outcomes and seamless reviewer experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing staff competency for accuracy and compliance, developing and delivering new-hire and ongoing training, conducting QA reviews and documenting findings, serving as an expert resource for complex Coding & OASIS questions, partnering with managers and clients on onboarding and process alignment, collaborating with offshore review teams in India, testing the McBee Clinical Review platform, and communicating quality concerns to stakeholders.
