📋 Description
- • Support the execution of organizational change management (OCM) strategies and plans for enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure successful adoption of business process, technology, and organizational changes
- • Assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impact to inform tailored change approaches and mitigate resistance
- • Partner with project teams to identify risks, resistance points, and recommend actionable mitigation strategies for change initiatives
- • Develop and maintain key change management deliverables including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, training materials, and adoption tracking tools
- • Deliver targeted communications and training programs to impacted employee groups to drive engagement and behavioral adoption
- • Track and report on change adoption metrics, progress against milestones, and overall effectiveness of change activities
- • Monitor post-implementation outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainment of change gains
- • Apply and expand knowledge of established organizational change management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
- • Contribute to special projects and broader change initiatives as needed to support strategic business objectives
- • Ensure alignment of change activities with business goals and minimize disruption during transitions
- • Collaborate with leaders, HR, and project stakeholders to embed change management practices into project lifecycles
- • Maintain accurate documentation of change processes, communications, and adoption data for audit and reporting purposes
- • Promote a culture of change readiness by fostering open communication and employee engagement throughout transformation efforts
- • Adapt communication and training materials to suit diverse audiences across different departments and geographic locations
- • Utilize data and feedback to refine change strategies and improve future initiatives
- • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, including U.S. export control regulations where applicable
