📋 Description
- • As the Office Co-Ordinator at Globalization Partners, Inc., you will be the friendly face welcoming employees and external visitors, managing and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the Galway headquarters, and serving as the primary anchor for the physical office environment while interfacing with global stakeholders and external suppliers.
- • Day to day, you will handle facilities coordination (including maintenance, security access, health & safety compliance), mail operations (sorting, scanning, logging), vendor management (meal ordering, office supplies, delivery services), administrative support (Corporate Traveller platform admin and general office tasks), organizing internal meetings and team events, assisting with procurement tasks (reviewing requisitions, supplier onboarding), and performing ad hoc duties as required by the business.
