  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Military Services Department, responding to client and provider inquiries via phone, email, and shared inboxes with timely, accurate, and professional communication.
  • • Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the Military Services Department, ensuring efficiency and continuity of services across all workflows.
  • • Support the full provider lifecycle including onboarding, credentialing, re-credentialing, background checks, licensure audits, and documentation updates.
  • • Collect, track, and maintain accurate provider records in internal systems and the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
  • • Assist with billing processes and authorizations, collaborating with Billing staff to resolve provider-related billing inquiries and ensure proper follow-through.
  • • Monitor and respond to shared communication channels to address customer service needs related to providers and military service members.
  • • Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational accuracy, efficiency, and service delivery within the department.
  • • Cross-train on and support additional operational roles to ensure team coverage during staff absences, as directed by the Program Manager.
  • • Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters and external communications to providers.
  • • Ensure adherence to military-specific training qualifications and documentation requirements for provider participation in the network.
  • • Perform a wide range of administrative, operational, and project-based tasks as needed to support evolving team and program priorities.
  • • Utilize Microsoft Office 365, CRM platforms, Zoom, Workday, Excel, and Adobe to execute daily responsibilities with precision and efficiency.
  • • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations in all documentation and communication activities.
  • • Work in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of accountability, organization, and communication across virtual platforms.
  • • Adapt to varying work hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended shifts as required by program needs.
  • • Contribute to a culture of respect, expertise, integrity, and empowerment aligned with Centerstone’s core values.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Associate’s degree or two years of relevant experience with a high school diploma
  • • Experience working with behavioral health or social services within the military community
  • • Experience in healthcare operations, coordination, or administrative support
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM platforms, Zoom, Workday, Excel, and Adobe
  • • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • • Highly accountable professional with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
