The Office Operations Coordinator at Fluidstack will be a key pillar in cultivating this in-person culture and ensuring our executive teams are in the right place at the right time, delivering world-class work.
- • FOCUS AREAS:
- • Leadership Support: Coordinate travel, meetings, and ad-hoc executive requests to keep the team running efficiently.
- • Office Operations: Oversee logistics, space planning, and workplace technology to ensure the office is set up for seamless productivity.
- • Team Experience: Create a welcoming environment for new joiners, while managing office perks, socials, and team onsites that bring everyone together.
- • Culture Leadership: Build a strong sense of culture, helping unify Fluidstack as one team across each of our global hubs.
- • External Representation: Manage landlords, suppliers, vendors, and on-site job candidates.
- • ABOUT YOU:
- • You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders under time pressure.
- • You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy taking ownership to make things run smoothly.
- • You have strong communication skills and know how to build trust and positive relationships at every level.

- • You are available to be in-person 5 days per week.

- • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
