• • As the Founding Customer Success Manager at Olelo AI, you will own the onboarding experience that currently bottlenecks growth, directly unlocking revenue by breaking through activation barriers for automotive repair shop owners using AI-powered voice agents.
• • Day to day, you will design and implement scalable onboarding processes from scratch, eliminate manual bottlenecks, create documentation and playbooks, drive feature activation and adoption, build strong relationships with blue-collar business owners, monitor customer health, reduce churn, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and the CEO to influence product and growth strategy.
• • Olelo AI is a fast-growing startup that has scaled 20x ARR in 6 months by solving a critical communication problem in automotive repair shops through AI voice agents, winning competitive bake-offs, building a referral network, and attracting interest from corporate chains seeking multi-location deployment.
• • In this role, you will build the foundational customer success playbook, develop expertise in onboarding automation and blue-collar B2B relationships, gain direct visibility into how customer success drives revenue, and position yourself as a key scaling leader in a high-impact, early-stage startup.
