📋 Description

• • The On-Site IT Support Analyst provides essential technology support to attorneys and staff at Wilson Elser’s White Plains office, serving as the resident expert for hardware, software, and peripheral issues to ensure seamless daily operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include deploying and imaging new employee equipment, managing asset tracking for departing staff, supporting video conferencing and A/V systems, installing and troubleshooting software (including Microsoft 365, document management, and remote tools), coordinating with regional IT teams, maintaining service records via ticketing systems, and delivering responsive, customer-focused support to build strong relationships with end users.
