- • The Onboarding Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective patients at ExactCare Pharmacy, Inc., playing a critical role in shaping initial patient experiences and driving successful onboarding into the company’s comprehensive pharmacy care management services.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective patients to schedule assessments with Onboarding Specialists, handling inbound calls from patients and referral sources, documenting all interactions in Salesforce, maintaining calendars for specialists, conducting quality assurance calls, and participating in team huddles and training sessions.
- • ExactCare Pharmacy, Inc., part of AnewHealth, is a nationwide leader in pharmacy care management serving over 100,000 individuals across all 50 states with complex chronic needs, formed from the merger of ExactCare and Tabula Rasa HealthCare in 2023, and employs over 1,400 team members dedicated to improving patient outcomes through integrated pharmacy and support services.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strong communication and organizational skills, gain experience in healthcare customer engagement and sales processes, become proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, and contribute directly to patient acquisition and care coordination while embodying the company’s core values.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- • Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- • Preferred: Prior outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience, including cold calling
